Public and Human rights support with Assange

Defending the human rights purpose of supporting the innocent people and revealing hidden dirty
Government activities, Julian said Wikileaks has a four-year publishing history. During that time we have changed whole governments, but not a single person, as far as anyone is aware, has been harmed,” Assange wrote. “But the U.S., with Australian government connivance, has killed thousands in the past few months alone.”
Mr. Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, then president of Brazil, expressed his “solidarity” with Assange following his 2010 arrest in the United Kingdom. He further criticized the arrest of Assange as “an attack on freedom of expression”. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin condemned Assange’s detention as “undemocratic”. A member of Russian President House Dmitry Medvedev suggested that Assange be nominated for a Nobel Prize, and said that “Public and non-governmental organizations should think of how to help him.” During December 2010, the United Nations’ Special Reporter for Freedom of Opinion and Expression, Frank LaRue, said Assange or other Wikileaks staff should not face criminal charges for any information they disseminated because it was the truth which was not exposed to us.
However during his arrest Prosecutors in Sweden have not brought any formal charges against Assange. Wikileaks lawyer Mark Stephens said there are doubts as to whether Sweden has the legal right to extradite him simply for questioning but World knows we are fighting for truth.
