In either case, WikiLeaks volunteers, under a prearranged agreement with their leader Assange, could send out a password or pass-phrase to allow anyone who has downloaded the file to open it and make the all privacy being public.
It’s not known exactly what the file contains but it could include the balance of data that U.S. Army intelligence analyst Bradley Manning claimed to have leaked to Assange before he was arrested in May, 2010 by US Intelligence agency.

U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Adm. Mike Mullen strongly condemned WikiLeaks’ publication of the Afghan War log at a Pentagon press briefing during December 2010 when insurance file news moved the whole world and American Government and Law agencies are already blacken due to their negative villainous role in War against Afghanistan and Iraq where thousands of common citizens were killed by US militants and leaked many videos on Wikileaks revealed the US hidden nature.

During public chat with Guardian newspaper Journalist Julian said they have collected all the privacy documents of Bank of America and US agencies and can publish if Government tried to threaten them.
